By Booking Through DinerEase, You Agree
When you complete a reservation through the DinerEase platform whether via our website, a restaurant's booking link, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other integrated channel you enter into a direct agreement with the host restaurant.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept all policies outlined on this page as well as the specific house rules of the restaurant you are visiting.
Submitting a reservation through DinerEase constitutes acceptance of the restaurant's house policies, including but not limited to the no-show policy, dress code, cancellation terms, and any event-specific conditions. DinerEase acts as the facilitator, not the enforcing party.
Core Guest Policies
To ensure smooth operations and mutual respect between diners and restaurant teams, every guest agrees to adhere to four fundamental principles:
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation constitutes a no-show. Repeat no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings on DinerEase.
Dress Code
Many partner restaurants enforce a dress code. Guests who do not comply may be refused entry at the restaurant's sole discretion.
Cancellation Window
We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before your reservation time. Late cancellations affect the restaurant's ability to seat other guests.
Grace Period
Your reservation is held for a grace period (typically 15 minutes) unless you notify the restaurant. After this period, your table may be released.
No-Show Policy in Detail
A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive for their reservation without prior notice. This has a direct and significant operational and financial impact on the restaurant, as a reserved table represents blocked capacity that could have served other guests.
What constitutes a no-show
- Not arriving within the restaurant's grace period (typically 15 minutes after the booking time).
- Failing to cancel before the restaurant's cancellation cut-off time.
- Providing false or non-functioning contact details that prevent the restaurant from reaching you.
Consequences of a no-show
- The reservation will be recorded as a no-show in our platform records.
- Some restaurants may apply a no-show fee where a deposit or guarantee was required.
- Guests with repeated no-shows across the DinerEase network may have their booking privileges suspended.
- The restaurant retains the right to refuse future bookings from repeat no-show guests.
If your plans change, please cancel your reservation as early as possible. You can cancel at any time using your confirmation number via the My Reservation lookup page.
Dress Code Policy
DinerEase partners with a wide spectrum of dining venues across Morocco, ranging from relaxed neighbourhood spots to rooftop lounges and high-end fine dining riads. Many of these venues uphold specific dress standards to maintain their ambiance.
Your responsibility as a guest
- Review any dress code indicated on the restaurant's booking profile or confirmation email before arriving.
- Ensure everyone in your party adheres to the stated attire guidelines.
- When in doubt, err on the side of smart casual or formal attire.
Common dress standards in Moroccan dining venues
- Smart Casual: Clean, presentable clothing; no athletic sportswear, beach flip-flops, or swimwear.
- Business Casual: Collared shirts, trousers or dark smart denim; closed-toe smart shoes.
- Formal / Black Tie: Jacket and collared shirt for gentlemen; elegant evening dress for ladies.
- Traditional Riads & Heritage Venues: Modest, respectful attire is customarily appreciated.
Non-compliance with a restaurant's stated dress code is grounds for refusal of entry by the establishment. DinerEase assumes no liability for inconvenience resulting from dress code non-compliance.
Cancellation & Modification Rules
DinerEase makes it easy to look up and cancel reservations directly. However, individual restaurant policies govern specific cut-off deadlines and event commitments.

Special Event & VIP Bookings
Special event bookings (tasting menus, themed evenings, live music nights, private riad dinners) are subject to specific requirements:
- Strict Capacity Limits: Event slots are strictly capped. Once sold out, no further seats can be allocated.
- Fixed Pricing: Event menus may specify a per-guest price in Moroccan Dirhams (DH) defined exclusively by the restaurant.
- VIP Access Codes: Private or invitation-only events require a valid access token during booking.
- Event Cancellation: If a restaurant reschedules or cancels an event, DinerEase automatically notifies all registered guests via email.
Restaurant's Right of Admission
Partner restaurants retain the full legal right to refuse entry or service under circumstances including:
- Failure to comply with the venue's stated dress code
- Disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behavior toward staff or fellow diners
- Apparent intoxication upon arrival
- Failure to meet legal age requirements for age-restricted events
- A documented history of fraudulent or bad-faith bookings
DinerEase does not override on-site admission decisions made by restaurant management.
